Tournament Information

The 2003 USTA Super National Winter Championships will use the USTA Super National Entry System for ALL entries.  You will need access to the Internet and a credit card to apply.  Go to www.usta.com and click on the link to the Super National Entry/Selection System;  the tournament ID number is 759300103. 

Players may enter beginning Tuesday, October 21, 2003 at any time prior to the Wednesday, December 3, 12:00 NOON (Eastern Time) deadline.  Your credit card will not be charged until you are accepted into the draw.

You will be able to print a Player Information/Release Form. This should be signed by a parent or guardian and faxed to 1-602-955-8721 or mailed to USTA Phoenix, 3228 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85018.   YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY WITHOUT THIS FORM.

Singles entries close on Tuesday, December 3 at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time.
Doubles entries close on Friday, December 26 at 5 PM.  All players must sign up for doubles on registration day, regardless of registering online.

FEES:  The $75.00 entry fee covers singles, feed-in championships and doubles.  Entry fees will not be refunded to players who withdraw after the draw is made.


  • For all divisions, the players numbered 1 through 16 on the Super National Selection List DO NOT need sectional endorsement.
  • 24 players qualify from the National Open Championships for entry.  No sectional endorsement is required, nor will qualifiers count toward sectional quota.
  • Next players include 60 sectional quota players.  These players need to be endorsed by their sections.
  • Next players may include up to 4 Wild Card positions.
  • Remaining spots will be filled with endorsed players from the National Seeding/Selection List.


The Boys’ 18 Super National Winter singles winner will receive an automatic entry into the qualifying tournament for the Arizona Men's Tennis Championships. This elite ATP Tour event will be held March 1 – March 8, 2004, at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.


No wildcards have been allocated to these events by USA Tennis High Performance.  Players will have to submit a Wild Card Request Form for consideration based on tournament results.
